Question:

Zaid joined the witr congregation in the third rakah at the time of qiraat? He also read the Dua of Qunoot with the Imam. While, Umar joined the Imam in the ruku of the third rakah. So, in which rakah will he read the qunoot? And should Zaid read the qunoot a second time or not?

Answer: حامدا ومصليا ومسلما

Whoever joins the witr in the third rakah at the time of qiraat and he who joins in the ruku of the third rakah will not read the qunoot afterwards.
