Due to certain medical conditions, the uterus/womb sometimes has to be taken out via an operation.  If a woman’s child was born via an operation and at that time one comes to know of a problem related to the womb and consequently the womb is taken out through another operation, nifaas will definitely cease.  Therefore, it will be necessary for this woman to immediately perform ghusl and start praying salaat.
