Question:

Zaid performed his personal udhiyah. He estimated the meat and shared it out without weighing it. Is one allowed to share it out by estimation or does one have to weigh it? There was no other partner in the Udhiyah. Bakr say it is not permissible without weighing it.

Answer: حامدا ومصليا ومسلما
Since there were no partners in that udhiyah, Zaid may share it as he pleases. There is no need to weigh it.
