Mahmoodul Fataawaa in the eyes of the Jurist

All praise is due to Allah for he has used this site for the translation of juristic verdicts from the fatwa collection of the Grand Mufti of Gujarat, India, Hazrat Mufti Ahmed Khanpuri (May Allah preserve him and allow us to benefit from him.).
Here under is what some of the greatest Hanafi Jurist of the World has said concerning this compilation.
1. Shaikhul Islam Hazrat Maulana Mufti Muhammad Taqi Usmani (May Allah preserve him) said:

Hazrat Maulana Mufti Ahmed Saheb Khanpuri (May Allah prolong his life with aafiyah saabigha) holds an eminent rank amongst the Ulama and People of Fatwa of this era. His existence is an extremely valuable asset for the Ummah. Under the spiritual training of Hazrat Shaikhul Hadith Maulana Muhammad Zakariya Saheb and the ilmi tutoring of Hazrat Maulana Mufti Mahmoodul Hasan Saheb Gangohi he received a large portion of the two perfect qualities of knowledge and spirituality.

On browsing through this compilation of fataawaa I realised that it is a very precious resource of ilm and fiqh. His disposition and method of deriving laws coincide with our Akaabir. I have placed this book along with those that I benefit from every now and then when the need arises.

2. Hazrat Maulana Saiyid Muslihud Deen Ahmed Barodawi Qasmi (May Allah preserve him) said:

The name of the one who wrote these fataawaa is sufficient to prove its soundness and reliability.

3. Hazrat Mufti Qazi Maulana Khalid Saifullah Rahmani (May Allah preserve him) said:

Hazrat Maulana Mufti Ahmed Khanpuri (دامت بركاتهم) is from amongst the glorious ulama and fuqaha of deep insight in India. The fatwas are very good from which ever angle one looks at it, whether from the angle of research, its language and style, or its moderation, especially the fact that many new masaail have also been included.

4. Hazrat Maulana Mufti Ismail Saheb Barkhodawi (May Allah preserve him) said:

For me to write a review on Mufti Saheb’s fatwa is like putting a candle in front of the sun. However, the person that reads these fatwas will testify that like the fatwas of our pious predecessors they shine with the foundation of reference to early sources and the inference for new issues and masaail.

May Allah preserve Hazrat Mufti Ahmed Saheb Khanpuri and may He allow us to benefit from this treasure of ilm, amal and taqwa.
