If a person applies impure antimony or impure eyeliner in the eye and it stays inside of the eyes, then to acquire purity, the eyes will not have to be wiped or washed. Yes, if the antimony/eyeliner comes out of the eye and spreads (to a part of the face) then it will have to be washed.
