Sometimes, due to the weakness of the bladder, urine drops continuously comes out.  To prevent it from coming out, cotton is placed at the hole of the private part by which the urine is blocked. So, in this case, the wudhu will not break.

If wetness appears in the cotton then there are further details:

  1. If the inner part of the cotton which is inside the body is wet, the wudhu will not break.  However, when the cotton is taken out, and it is wet, the wudhu will break at the time.
