In this day and age, touch screen mobiles are available in the stores in which there is a keypad visible on the screen. This keypad is used to call or send a message.  It is not permissible for a person without wudhu to type Quranic verses, by means of a touch screen mobile whose keypad is visible, and send a message or WhatsApp to another person, [for instance].
