If a person did tayammum due to not having water, then he got water, but the cold became so severe that using water became dangerous; or the opposite of this happens: because of the severe cold he did tayammum, then the coldness subsided, however, he could no longer get any water, in both scenarios the first tayammum will break, and due to the new excuse, he must perform a fresh tayammum.
