Sometimes when a person’s tooth becomes rotten, a cap is placed on the top of the tooth. This cap is fixed onto the top of the tooth permanently and it cannot be easily removed. It’s ruling in ghusl is that it is sufficient for the person to simply pass water over it and the ghusl will be valid.
