Does the Ink on the finger of the Voter Prevent wudhu (ablution) or not?

The stain of ink that is applied on election is in the ruling of a strong/semi-permanent ink stain. It is not deemed a thing with a body/coat. For this reason, there will be no effect on the validity of wudhu. Therefore, the wudhu will be valid, even with its presence.
