Question:
Zaid made a sajdah after reciting a verse of sajdah in taraweeh. Thereafter he repeated the recitation of fatihah. Will sajdah sahw become wajib?
Answer: حامدا ومصليا ومسلما
In the above scenario sajdah sahw is not wajib. (شامي 1:340)
And Allah Ta’aalaa knows best.
