Question:

If someone performs wudhu, then dries himself with a handkerchief. Then he places this wet kerchief in front of himself at the time of performing salah. How is it to place this in front at the time of performing salah?

Answer:  حامدا ومصليا ومسلما

There is no problem if a person places the kerchief that he used to dry his hands and face after wudhu in front of him at the time of performing salah, once he does not stand or prostrate on it.

However it is best not to spread it out like a prayer mat and perform salah on it.
