Question:

If someone made a nazr (oath) that if their husband gets better they will give a gold necklace in charity. Is it ok if they give the value of gold instead of the gold itself?

Answer:

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

حامدا ومصليا ومسلما

It will be permissible to give the value of the necklace in charity.
