What is the ruling on shaving the hair below the navel? What is its boundary? One Mawlvi said it is not necessary to start directly below the navel. Rather one will start shaving from where the thighs begin. It is necessary from there. Please past a verdict.
Answer: حامدا ومصليا ومسلما
A person will start shaving from directly below the navel.
