Maulana Zubair (عليه الرحمة) A Great Loss For The Ummah

The great Daee’ to Islam Maulana Ahmad Laad Saheb has said on Maulana Zubair Saheb’s death:
“Today a person has passed away and left this world who lived his whole life striving in the effort of the Kalimah Tayyibah and Salah. A person who lived his life with the knowledge of Allah and the remembrance of Allah. A person who lived his life fulfilling the rights of others. A person who had sincerely spent his whole life in the path of Allah. When the Ummah would be sleeping he use to stay awake and cry for the betterment of the Ummah.
O Muslims, Beware! Today the person that use to seek forgiveness for the Ummah has passed away.
انا لله و انا اليه راجعون.”
He was: The son of (Ameer of Tabligh, Hazrat Jee)  Maulana Inamul Hasan Saheb Kandhalvi عليه الرحمة.
He was also the grandson of Hazrat Shaikh Maulana Zakariyah saheb Kandhalvi عليه الرحمة. In other words Moulana Zubair Saheb’s mother was the daughter of Maulana Zakariya Saheb عليه الرحمة.
Maulana Zubair was also the teacher of “Bukhari Shareef” in Madresah Kaashiful Uloom, Nizamuddeen Markaz for many, many years.
He was a mirror image in qualities of his grandfather Hazrat Shaikh Moulana Zakariyah Saheb عليه الرحمة.
May Allah Ta’aala grant him Jannatul Firdous. May He protect us from fitan that befall the ummah when a great luminary is lifted. Ameen.

  1. Studying the Lives of the Pious Predecessors Leads one to the Sunnah.
Hazrat Shaikh Moulana Muhammad Zakariyya Kandhelwi (rahmatullahi ‘alaih) mentioned:
Continuously study and examine the lives of our Akaabir (pious predecessors and seniors). After studying the lives of the Sahaabah (radhiyallahu ‘ahnum) I reached this conclusion that all the Sahaabah were superb. Though each Sahaabi possessed a unique “colour”, all were common in emulating the blessed sunnah of Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam). Similarly, I have also witnessed that our Akaabir (pious predecessors and seniors) possessed different magnificent qualities and all diligently held on to the blessed sunnah of Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam). These great luminaries can be compared to the flowers of a garden. The splendour of the garden can be gauged through the fragrance and beauty of it’s flowers. (Malfoozaate Hazrat Shaikh 1/25)
