Due to their jobs, they do not find the time to perform the Jumuah prayer. Instead of Jumuah the three get together and perform the Zuhr prayer in congregation. Based on this excuse, are they allowed to leave the Jumuah prayer and perform Zuhr in congregation?<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Answer:<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0<b>\u062d\u0627\u0645\u062f\u0627 \u0648\u0645\u0635\u0644\u064a\u0627 \u0648\u0645\u0633\u0644\u0645\u0627<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Since Jumuah is compulsory on these brothers it is fardh on them to perform it. The company\u2019s job is not a valid excuse for missing Jumuah.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(Ma\u2019khooz az Imdaadul Fataawaa 1\/680)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">However, if they did perform the Zuhr prayer instead of Jumuah, the Jumuah will fall off. They will however be sinful for missing Jumuah.<\/p>\n<p>(Imdaadul Fataawaa 1\/641)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Those people who are really excused i.e. the people that Shariah has considered their excuses as valid, for them to perform Zuhr prayer in congregation in the city is considered highly reprehensible (makrooh tahrimi). Such (excused) people should perform their Zuhr individually.
