To save her life, this woman retreats to her parent\u2019s home without the permission of her husband and her parents refuse to send her (back to the husband\u2019s home). So, is the woman, or her parents, wrong in this regard?<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Answer: \u062d\u0627\u0645\u062f\u0627 \u0648\u0645\u0635\u0644\u064a\u0627 \u0648\u0645\u0633\u0644\u0645\u0627<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In this particular case, according to Shari\u2019ah, the person on the wrong and the sinner is the husband for hitting his wife without justification and punishing her without right.
