He, then performed <em>\u1e63al\u0101h<\/em> with this <em>ghusl<\/em>. Is his <em>\u1e63al\u0101h<\/em> valid and accepted?<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Answer:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is not permissible to use marijuana or any other type of intoxicant. If someone becomes intoxicated by using marijuana and his intellect is lost, then his <em>wudh\u016b\u2019<\/em> breaks. Without a fresh <em>wudh\u016b\u2019<\/em>, his <em>\u1e63al\u0101h<\/em> will not be valid. If he used a very small amount by which he did not become intoxicated, the <em>wudh\u016b\u2019<\/em> does not break.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As far as the <em>\u1e63al\u0101h<\/em> being accepted by All\u0101h is concerned, then this is based on All\u0101h\u2019s will. Nonetheless, it is known from <em>\u1e25ad\u012bths<\/em> that \u02bf<em>eb\u0101dah<\/em> (worship) is not accepted after consuming <em>\u1e25ar\u0101m<\/em> (prohibited) items. Hence, there is a possibility that his <em>\u02bfeb\u0101dah<\/em> will not be accepted.
