After the <em>muqtadis<\/em> cautioned him, he returned to the <em>qa\u2019dah<\/em>. The Imam\u2019s back was straight (when he stood up). However, he did not recite anything, meaning he did not do <em>tilawah<\/em>. Was the <em>Taraweeh<\/em> valid or not? The Imam also did the <em>sajdah sahw<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u0628\u0627\u0633\u0645\u0647 \u0633\u0628\u062d\u0627\u0646\u0647 \u0648\u062a\u0639\u0627\u0644\u0649<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Answer: \u0648\u0628\u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0627\u0644\u062a\u0648\u0641\u064a\u0642<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\">In the case under question, since the Imam did the <em>sajdah sawh<\/em> in the end, the <em>Taraweeh <\/em>became valid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(Mufti) Muhammad Salman Mansurpuri (May Allah preserve him)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">22\/9\/1417AH<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Kitabun Nawazil Vol.5 Pg.43-44<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Question:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zaid made the intention to perform two <em>rakats<\/em> of <em>Taraweeh<\/em>, however instead of two he performed three <em>rakats<\/em> with one sitting. Now are these three <em>rakats<\/em> of ours useless or only one <em>rakat<\/em> and the other two are good? Thereafter he performed four <em>rakats<\/em> and made <em>sajdah sahw<\/em>. What is the ruling of this <em>salah<\/em>? The first two <em>rakats <\/em>will be totally void (<em>batil<\/em>).
