Many years before our prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was born, there was another prophet.
\nHe was named Is\u0101.
\nThis prophet was not born like me and you.
\nHe only had a mother.
\nHe did not have a father.
\nWhen Is\u0101, peace be upon him, was a little baby, he spoke to the people.
\nWhen he got big, Allah made him a prophet.
\nHe used to perform miracles to prove that he was a prophet.
\nHe would cure people who were born blind.
\nHe would raise the dead.
\nHe did these things with the permission of Allah, so the people would know he was telling the truth.
\nSome people did not want to admit<\/strong> that he was telling the truth.
\nThey were his enemies.
\nAllah saved Is\u0101, peace be upon him, from his enemies.
\nHis enemies went to the house he was in.
\nThey wanted to kill him
\nAllah raised him up into the heavens to keep him safe.
\nWhen the enemies went in the house, they arrested someone who looked like Is\u0101, but it was not him.
\nThe people at that time did not agree what had happened to Is\u0101, peace be upon him.
\nSome of them thought the person they arrested and killed was Is\u0101,\u00a0peace be upon him.
\nBut the true followers of Is\u0101, the Muslims<\/strong>, knew that he had been taken to the heavens.
\nOne day, Is\u0101 will come back to the earth.
\nHe will help us, and fight the Dajj\u0101l<\/strong>.
\nHe will get married, have children, and eventually die.
