Trinidad.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Answer: <\/strong><strong>\u062d\u0627\u0645\u062f\u0627 \u0648\u0645\u0635\u0644\u064a\u0627 \u0648\u0645\u0633\u0644\u0645\u0627<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Abdur-Rahman bin Shibl Al-Ansari (\u0631\u0636\u064a \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0639\u0646\u0647) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (\ufdfa) prohibited from fixing a place in the mosque like a camel which fixes its place.<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Commenting on this hadith, Mulla Ali Qari said, Allamah Ibn Hajr (\u0631\u062d\u0645\u0647\u0645\u0627 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647) states, \u201cThe wisdom in this prohibition is that it leads to show, ostentation and flashiness. All of these are destructive calamities [for one\u2019s heart and spirituality]. Therefore it is necessary to refrain from anything that leads to them.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hazrat Shaikh Maulana Muhammad Zakariyah Kandhalvi adds that Allamah Aiyni (\u0631\u062d\u0645\u0647\u0645\u0627 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647) also explains this hadith in the same manner.<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/a> Shaikh Mahmood Subki (\u0631\u062d\u0645\u0647 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647) also mentions this wisdom.<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\"><sup>[4]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This same <em>illah<\/em> and reasoning can be found in \u2018special <em>musallees<\/em>\u2019 having reserved parking in a Masjid compound especially when the <em>Fuqahaa<\/em> have mentioned that in certain scenarios the courtyard of a <em>Masjid<\/em> has the rulings\/laws pertaining to the masjid.<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a> Therefore one should refrain from such reservations and save the heart from corruption.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hazrat Maulana Khalil Ahmed Saharunpuri (\u0631\u062d\u0645\u0647 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647) mentions another reason for this prohibition. He says, \u201cIf a person fixes a place and then someone else gets there before him, he will go to fight and argue with the person. [Aishah (\u0631\u0636\u064a \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0639\u0646\u0647\u0627) narrates, I said: \u2018O Messenger of Allah, should we not build you a house in Mina?\u2019] He said: \u2018No, Mina is just a stopping place for those who get there first.\u2019\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\"><sup>[6]<\/sup><\/a> The same ruling of Mina will apply to a Masjid. Whoever reaches there first will be more deserving of that place.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn7\" name=\"_ftnref7\"><sup>[7]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Therefore, the rule of \u2018first come first served\u2019 will also apply to the Masjid\u2019s parking lot.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hazrat Maulana Fath Muhammad, the student of Allamah Abdul Hai Lakhnawi (\u0631\u062d\u0645\u0647\u0645\u0627 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647) writes in his \u2018<em>Halal wa Haram ke Ahkaam\u2019<\/em>, \u201c<em>Mabaahul Intifaa\u2019<\/em> (Items permissible to use): This wealth is in the ruling of <em>waqf<\/em>, like <em>masajids<\/em>, some wells, bridges and roads. Everyone has a right in these things other than a few considerations. For instance, In a Masjid everyone has the right for the first <em>saff<\/em> (row). However, the <em>Imam, Khatib, Mukabbir<\/em> or <em>Muazzin <\/em>should be taken into consideration.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn8\" name=\"_ftnref8\"><sup>[8]<\/sup><\/a> Hazrat Mufti Radhaul Haqq sahib (\u062d\u0641\u0638\u0647 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647) also mentions this in his \u2018<em>Fatawa\u2019<\/em>.<a href=\"#_ftn9\" name=\"_ftnref9\"><sup>[9]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">From this, if necessary, a leeway may be given to the <em>Imam, Khateeb<\/em> or <em>Muazzin<\/em> to have a reserved parking spot in the Masjid\u2019s carpark. Other than them, no one else should have a spot reserved for themselves. Rather, the car park being part of <em>Waqf<\/em> is the right of all Muslims.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If the matter queried is regarding one\u2019s self then it is quite simple. However if it\u2019s pertaining to others, then it should be further noted that in the \u2018prohibition of evil\u2019 (\u0627\u0644\u0646\u0647\u064a \u0639\u0646 \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0646\u0643\u0631) there are many principles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Allah (\u0639\u0632 \u0648\u062c\u0644) says:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u0627\u062f\u0639 \u0627\u0644\u064a \u0633\u0628\u064a\u0644 \u0631\u0628\u0643 \u0628\u0627\u0644\u062d\u0643\u0645\u0629 \u0648 \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0648\u0639\u0638\u0629 \u0627\u0644\u062d\u0633\u0646\u0629<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cCall to the path of your Rabb with wisdom and beautiful counsel\u201d.<a href=\"#_ftn10\" name=\"_ftnref10\">[10]<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is mentioned by Imaam Nawawi (\u0631\u062d\u0645\u0647 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647) in the \u2018Sharah of Muslim\u2019 that a person should be sympathetic and affectionate so that his objective is fulfilled. Imaam Shaafi\u2019ee (\u0631\u062d\u0645\u0647 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647) says:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u0645\u0646 \u0648\u0639\u0638 \u0627\u062e\u0627\u0647 \u0633\u0631\u0627 \u0641\u0642\u062f \u0646\u0635\u062d\u0647 \u0648\u0632\u0627\u0646\u0647 \u0648\u0645\u0646 \u0648\u0639\u0638\u0647 \u0639\u0644\u0627\u0646\u064a\u0629 \u0641\u0642\u062f \u0641\u0636\u062d\u0647 \u0648\u0634\u0627\u0646\u0647<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cHe who advises his brother in secrecy, certainly he is his well-wisher and has honoured him, and he who admonishes him publicly has disgraced him and tainted his honour\u201d.<a href=\"#_ftn11\" name=\"_ftnref11\">[11]<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is narrated in \u2018Sahih Bukhari\u2019 that once Rasulullaah (\ufdfa) said to Hazrat Aisha (\u0631\u0636\u064a \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0639\u0646\u0647\u0627) that, \u201cHad it not been that your tribe was recently in <em>kufr<\/em>, I would have demolished the <em>Ka\u2019bah<\/em>, then built two doors for it; one door from which people will enter and the other from which they will exit\u201d.<a href=\"#_ftn12\" name=\"_ftnref12\">[12]<\/a> Upon this it is mentioned in the explanation that sometimes due to reasons of expediency, direct prohibiting of evil has to be left out, especially when it will lead to <em>fitnah<\/em> and further corruption of those people who are indulged in that evil.<a href=\"#_ftn13\" name=\"_ftnref13\">[13]<\/a> Instead, other routes of wisdom should be deployed in order to curb that evil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">These are just a few conditions of prohibiting evil. The senior <em>Ulamaa<\/em> of your community should be consulted for the most appropriate method of resolving the issue.
