Majority of the times there is a female secretary in private offices. Employers gossip\u00a0with their secretaries. Please inform us of the Shar&#8217;ee ruling on this issue.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Answer:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The ruling is clear. To be in seclusion with an <em>ajnabiyah<\/em> (non-mahram) woman and to gossip with her\u00a0is totally haram in Shariah.
