Or is it simply that he has to be just?<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Answer:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is not necessary to seek permission from the first wife, however, it is <strong>best<\/strong> to. It is necessary to be completely just between the wives.
