I heard that the one who leaves out salah is worst than a dog. Is his left over water permissible (clean)?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Answer:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The one who leaves out salah is a fasiq (transgressor). However, it is incorrect to say that a Muslim is worst than a dog.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">And Allah Ta&#8217;ala knows best.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(Hazrat Mufti) Muhammad Taqi Usmani (May Allah preserve him)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The answer is correct.
