Wives! Understand that aside from the duties of Deen and laws of Shariah <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">[1]<\/span>, in all other duties the husband has more rights than the Shaikh. Rather,\u00a0one&#8217;s mother and father has more rights than the Shaikh.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>(Aghlaatul Awaam by Thanvi pg. 22)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">[1]\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This means if the Shaikh is advising you on practicing on the Deen, while your husband or parents are demanding you to break the laws of Allah and His Rasool, then the Shaikh&#8217;s advice is binding, due to it being according to what Allah and His Rasool commanded.
