His intention is to sell the house. The construction is not complete as yet. Is it necessary\u00a0to pay zakah on this house?<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Answer: \u062d\u0627\u0645\u062f\u0627 \u0648\u0645\u0635\u0644\u064a\u0627 \u0648\u0645\u0633\u0644\u0645\u0627<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The house is being constructed\u00a0with the intention of selling it. Therefore it will be considered an item of trade.
