It is also not permissible for the husband to instruct her to do so. The mouth is a noble body part. In it is the tongue which\u00a0is used to recite the zikr of Allah. How can it be permissible to use it in such a disgusting act? Especially since the hadith has explicitly <strong>prohibited us from using our right hand to touch our\u00a0private part<\/strong> at the time of istinjaa.&#8221; (<span style=\"color: #000080;\">Mahmoodul Fatawa<\/span> 5\/108)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The following will elucidate\u00a0this\u00a0extremely strong evidence concerning the issue under\u00a0discussion:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the same manner, that Allah Ta&#8217;ala has endowed the human with nobility,\u00a0He has also given certain body parts virtue over others.\u00a0In <i>Sunan Abi Dawood<\/i> (32) it is narrated that Hafsa\u00a0(\u0631\u0636\u064a \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0639\u0646\u0647\u0627) said: &#8220;The Messenger of Allah (\u0635\u064e\u0644\u0651\u064e\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0651\u064e\u0647\u064f \u0639\u064e\u0644\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0647\u0650 \u0648\u064e\u0633\u064e\u0644\u0651\u064e\u0645\u064e)\u00a0used to use his right hand for his food, drink and clothing, while he used his left hand \u00a0for\u00a0other than that.&#8221; In another narration, it states: &#8220;His left hand was for the toilet and anything that was filthy.&#8221; (Abu Dawud #33) Allamah Mahmood Subki Maliki mentions in his Sharh on Sunan Abu Dawud, that touching the private part with the right hand is not only disliked while cleaning oneself, rather it is general for all occasions based on the generality of this hadith. [Bukhari #168 Muslim #268]<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>&#8220;\u0639\u0646 \u0627\u0628\u064a \u0642\u062a\u0627\u062f\u0629 \u0639\u064e\u0646\u0650 \u0627\u0644\u0646\u0651\u064e\u0628\u0650\u064a\u0651\u0650 \u0635\u064e\u0644\u0651\u064e\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0651\u064e\u0647\u064f \u0639\u064e\u0644\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0647\u0650 \u0648\u064e\u0633\u064e\u0644\u0651\u064e\u0645\u064e \u060c \u0642\u064e\u0627\u0644\u064e : &#8221; mouth, the right hand, has been\u00a0endowed with\u00a0honour from Allah, and it is not permissible to touch one&#8217;s private part with it, then how can it ever be permissible to desecrate and degrade the actual mouth which is used to proclaim the kalimah taiyibah\u00a0(\u0644\u0627 \u0627\u0644\u0647 \u0627\u0644\u0627 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647), to make zikr of Allah, to recite the holy Quran and to eat through oral sex?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hazrat Mufti Saheb had also mentioned that\u00a0one uses his mouth to recite zikr. The recitation of the Quran Majeed is a form of zikr. Ibn Majah narrates that Ali [\u0631\u0636\u064a \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0639\u0646\u0647] said: &#8220;Your mouths are\u00a0the avenues (for the recitation)\u00a0of the\u00a0Quran,\u00a0so keep them clean\u00a0with the siwak.&#8221; (# 291) This has also been narrated marfoo&#8217;an from the Messenger \u0635\u0644\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0639\u0644\u064a\u0647 \u0648 \u0633\u0644\u0645. (See \u0627\u0644\u062a\u0644\u062e\u064a\u0635 \u0627\u0644\u062d\u0628\u064a\u0631 1\/116) \u00a0When\u00a0Abdullah bin Busr [\u0631\u0636\u064a \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0639\u0646\u0647] asked the\u00a0Messenger of Allah\u00a0to\u00a0inform him\u00a0of an action that he\u00a0should\u00a0stick to.&#8221; He said: &#8220;Let not your\u00a0tongue cease to be moist with the\u00a0remembrance of Allah.&#8221; (Tirmithi #3375, Ibn Majah # 3793) Who can deny how clean the Messenger of Allah used to keep his mouth. The ahadith concerning his usage of the siwak are mutawatir.
