{"id":1904,"date":"2014-01-15T00:09:27","date_gmt":"2014-01-15T04:09:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fiqhulislam.com\/?p=1904"},"modified":"2014-01-15T00:09:27","modified_gmt":"2014-01-15T04:09:27","slug":"mahmoodul-fataawaa-eyes-jurist","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fiqhulislam.com\/?p=1904","title":{"rendered":"Mahmoodul Fataawaa in the eyes of the Jurist"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>All praise is due to Allah for he has used this site for the translation of juristic verdicts from the fatwa collection of the Grand Mufti of Gujarat, India, Hazrat Mufti Ahmed Khanpuri (May Allah preserve him and allow us to benefit from him.).<br \/>\nHere under is what some of the greatest Hanafi Jurist of the World has said concerning this compilation.<br \/>\n1. <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Shaikhul Islam Hazrat Maulana\u00a0Mufti Muhammad Taqi<\/span> <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Usmani<\/span> (May Allah preserve him) said:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hazrat Maulana Mufti Ahmed Saheb Khanpuri (May Allah prolong his life with aafiyah saabigha) holds an eminent\u00a0rank amongst the Ulama and\u00a0People of Fatwa\u00a0of this era. His existence is an\u00a0extremely valuable asset\u00a0for the Ummah. Under the spiritual training of Hazrat Shaikhul Hadith Maulana Muhammad Zakariya Saheb and the ilmi tutoring of Hazrat Maulana Mufti Mahmoodul Hasan\u00a0Saheb Gangohi he received a large portion of the two perfect qualities of knowledge and spirituality.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On browsing through this compilation of fataawaa I realised that\u00a0it is a very\u00a0precious resource of ilm and fiqh. His\u00a0disposition and method of deriving laws coincide with our Akaabir. I have placed this book along with those that I benefit from every now and then when the need arises.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Hazrat Maulana Saiyid Muslihud Deen Ahmed Barodawi Qasmi<\/span> (May Allah preserve him) said:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The name of the one who wrote these fataawaa is sufficient to prove its soundness and reliability.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Hazrat Mufti Qazi Maulana Khalid Saifullah Rahmani<\/span> (May Allah preserve him) said:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hazrat Maulana Mufti Ahmed Khanpuri (\u062f\u0627\u0645\u062a \u0628\u0631\u0643\u0627\u062a\u0647\u0645) is from amongst the glorious ulama and fuqaha of deep insight in India.\u00a0The fatwas are very good from which ever angle one looks at it, whether from the angle of research, its language and\u00a0style, or its moderation, especially the fact that many new masaail have also been included.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Hazrat Maulana Mufti Ismail Saheb Barkhodawi<\/span> (May Allah preserve him) said:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For me to write a review on Mufti Saheb&#8217;s fatwa is like putting a candle in front of the sun.
