Did the fuqahaa ruled this as makrooh or did they make Witr an exception?<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Answer:<\/span> <b>\u062d\u0627\u0645\u062f\u0627 \u0648\u0645\u0635\u0644\u064a\u0627 \u0648\u0645\u0633\u0644\u0645\u0627<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If a person recites a surah in the first rak\u2019ah, then in the second rak\u2019ah he skips one surah and recites the one that comes after, if the middle surah is short then reciting in this manner is makrooh.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">However this ruling is specific to Fardh salaah.
