Translating The Quran in English and Giving it to Non-Muslims

Question:

Is it permissible to translate the Quran Majeed into English or other such languages?

Answer:

Yes! It is permissible for the purpose of tabligh (conveying the message of Islam).

And Allah knows best.

Question:

Can such a translation be touched without wudhu? Will it be permissible to give it to Non-Muslims?

Answer:

The translation holds the same ruling as the Quran for Muslims. Therefore it should not be touched without wudhu.

It can be given to Non-Muslims for the purpose of tabligh.

And Allah knows best.
